Outlandica was born from our own experience of renting motorcycles all around the globe. We've seen the good, the bad and the worst. We've been through it all, and set out to build a company made by riders, for riders.
We're Cristi and Tudor, two passionate riders from Transylvania. That's us in the photo. You might not see our faces, but what you can know for sure is that we are very happy to be out on a motorcycle. We've spent years travelling through Romania and beyond, from the dunes of Morocco to remote villages in Vietnam. We've raced together through rallies and hard enduros, and ridden some of the most spectacular places two wheels have ever gone.
Along the way, we've rented bikes from sketchy places, with stinky helmets and poorly maintained machines. We've seen how motorcycle rentals should and shouldn't look, how real people make the difference, and how much local experience can turn a regular trip into a memory you'll never forget. So we decided to share what we know on our own turf, and build the company we wished existed years ago.

I'm the one behind the routes and tours at Outlandica. I've finished Red Bull Romaniacs and stood on podiums at Carta Rally and Dinaric Rally. I love racing enduro and rally, but my greatest joy is travelling and exploring on a motorcycle. I like to leave room to improvise. My own trips are never fixed too far in advance, and honestly that's where the best memories and adventures tend to come from.
Some might know me as the face behind the KRANKiT YouTube channel. I've come to love everything about off-road riding and exploring, and I've been sharing those stories as short films online. We've tackled Romaniacs, international rallies, and plenty more. And now I want to share my local backyard with everyone.
You've probably heard of the Transfăgărășan or the Transalpina. Top Gear made these mountain passes famous, and for good reason. They're incredible. But Romania has so much more to offer.

Cluj-Napoca is our base, with a well-connected international airport just 20 minutes from the city center. Ride for 30 minutes and you're in the Carpathian mountains. No long transit rides, no boring highways. It's all within arm's reach.
